The hotel offers a very nice and modern layout in the rooms, but it can get quite dusty. On weekends, it might get noisy with gangs of teenagers around. The open bathroom in the hallway provides no privacy for a group of 5 people.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. However, upon check-out, they seemed to behave like they were doing me a favor for just doing their job. Nevertheless, the service was exceptional with the ability to speak many languages, covering various services such as housekeeping, ski pass vendor, ski equipment hire, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance.

The hotel's location was good for our needs, especially being at Snowworld. It feels like being in a big train station, close not only to the ski slope but also surrounded by lots of woods trails. The nearby attractions, such as Europe's biggest indoor ski resort and the cafe/bar area, make it a convenient spot for ski enthusiasts.
Dining

The dining experience was overpriced for what was offered, but the food was good, and it was enjoyable to sit outside to eat. However, the prices may be a little high for what is provided. The fried fish was a highlight.

The hotel is conveniently attached to Europe's biggest indoor ski resort, which is great for ski enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage for clothes and ski suits, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch, especially at Reception where they assist with various bookings. However, during peak hours, the service can be a bit lacking. The location is ideal for skiing activities and is close to Valkenburg for additional leisure options. Dining options are decent, but breakfast prices may not align with the offerings. The hotel offers a variety of facilities to suit different needs.

The hotel is big but lacks heating and TV in the rooms. It's close to the ski slope and other activities, however, the rooms are not as represented in the online photos with the hotel description.
